Daniel Garcia
Daniel Garcia is a Managing Partner with Precision Security Consulting. He has provided secure space consulting for over 150 projects involving the design, construction, and accreditation of spaces meeting stringent government requirements for the defense and intelligence community. Daniel has also provided instrumented acoustic testing in accordance with ASTM testing standards, as well as Radio Frequency Shielding Effectiveness testing in accordance with IEEE 299-2006.
Skilled in his ability to navigate design and construction documents, Daniel effectively bridges the gap between technical requirements and practical implementation. His deep understanding of architectural and engineering drawings, coupled with his hands-on experience in secure facility projects, enables him to identify potential challenges early and offer actionable solutions.
He utilizes these experiences, as well as his prior municipal law enforcement experience, to provide customers with a comprehensive assessment and robust strategies for physical, acoustical, and TEMPEST mitigations. His experience has assisted many different types of projects and various DoD and IC project teams, including architects, engineers, construction project managers, quality managers, communications professionals, and security professionals.

Phil is an Managing Partner at Precision Security Consulting, with extensive experience in the security industry and a focus on strategic planning, operations management, and client relations. He has led teams and overseen numerous complex projects involving secure space design, construction, and accreditation for defense and intelligence community clients. Over the course of his career, Phil has demonstrated a unique ability to integrate operational excellence with strategic foresight, driving business growth and operational efficiency.
Phil has provided consulting for over 150 high-security projects, ensuring compliance with stringent government requirements. His expertise spans a range of services, including physical security, SCIF design, TEMPEST mitigations, and policy development.
